Paybar provides professional services that begin immediately upon engagement. As such:
- Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced past 7 days
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing within 7 days
- Partial refunds are not issued for completed or in-progress work
- Success-based or contingency terms apply only where explicitly agreed in writing
